Terms of Service

Payment
Payment is due on or before the day of the shoot. An invoice will be sent with payment links for ACH payments, credit card, and Apple Pay. Cash or check are also accepted.

Delivery
Edited images will be available to you for download as soon as they are ready. They will be formatted for MLS, but high-resolution print-ready images can also be made available upon request.
3D/360° tours will be processed and hosted by a third party and can be embedded into property listings when they are available, usually within 24 hours of the shoot.

Cancellations
Cancelling a shoot within 24 hours will incur a $40 cancellation fee; cancelling within 12 hours will incur a $75 fee. A $75 fee will also be incurred if a property is not ready or inaccessible at the scheduled time of the shoot.

Weather
A cancellation fee will not be charged if the weather is so bad that traveling to the property is unsafe. In most cases the photographer can shoot exterior shots in the rain and replace the sky when editing. Aerial shots may be able to proceed in a light drizzle at the photographer’s discretion. If rain or other weather makes exterior shots unfeasible, interior shots can continue, but in some cases a $40 trip fee may be necessary if the photographer has to come back for exterior shots.

Licensing
By contract, Hans Meyer Photographic will retain all ownership and copyright of the images. The contract will license use of the images to the client for promotional and advertising purposes related to the sale of the property. A transfer of the license can be negotiated.
3D/360° tours will be hosted online for as long as the property remains on the market and the client is contracted to sell the property, up to one year. Hosting extensions and license transfers can be negotiated.
